Shoe care
Shoes are cleaned by hand, by material, because a suede upper and a canvas sneaker want opposite treatment. Cleaned, conditioned where the material needs it, then finished. Colour restoration is a separate job for shoes that are sound but faded.

Questions
Will my dirty shoes come back looking brand new?
We will give them the best clean we can, but we do not promise a brand new appearance in every case. Deep red mud, set stains and dirt that has soaked into the sole may not come out completely, so the original whiteness is not always fully recoverable. We would rather aim for the best result the shoe can take than damage it trying to reach an impossible one.
Can you save shoes that have gone mouldy in the monsoon?
Usually, yes, and it is worth trying before you throw them out. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the money.
What is the difference between cleaning and colour restoration?
Cleaning removes dirt. Colour restoration puts pigment back into leather that has faded or scuffed through, and starts at ₹500 a pair because it is hand work.
