The good ones and the bad ones are both on our Google listing, in the customer's own words, and we cannot edit either. Read them there rather than reading the three we would have chosen for you, and read our replies while you are there. Where something has genuinely gone wrong at our end we say so and set out what we did about it. We also get the occasional review from somebody we have never served, and we answer those too, with the facts we hold. Judge us on the review and the reply together.
If an order of yours has come back wrong, tell us on WhatsApp and say so. What we cover, and how a claim works, is on the refund policy.
Prezr Private Limited Laundry delivers a highly reliable and professional service. Their approach is systematic and well-organized, ensuring consistency in quality.
“I had a great experience with this laundry and dry-clean centre. The quality of cleaning is outstanding, and even delicate fabrics were handled with care. Their pickup-and-delivery service is punctual and convenient.
I gave my clothes for laundry one day at around 6:00 in the morning. I got my clothes delivered the same day at around 6:00 in the evening. Good service and great initiative. Please continue your service with the same quality.
